Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, are non-returnable. Additionally, for hygiene and safety reasons, items like apparel may not be eligible for return once opened.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@essentialshoodiez.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • If rejected, we will notify you of the reason for the rejection.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@essentialshoodiez.shop, and we will guide you through the exchange process.


Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
